Refund and Cancellation Policy

Effective Date: June 15, 2026

Thank you for choosing The Music Makeover. We value your time, your program, your team, and the opportunity to serve your school, church, choir, worship team, or organization.

Because many services require preparation, scheduling, planning, customization, and reserved time, the following refund and cancellation policy applies to consultations, audits, workshops, coaching, program support, digital products, and other services provided by The Music Makeover.

General Refund Policy

All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.

This includes deposits, consultation fees, workshop payments, program audit payments, coaching payments, digital product purchases, and custom service payments.

Refunds are not guaranteed once a service has been booked, scheduled, prepared, delivered, partially delivered, or accessed.

Deposits

Deposits are used to reserve your date, begin planning, and secure preparation time.

Deposits are non-refundable.

If you need to reschedule, your deposit may be transferred to a new approved date one time, as long as the request is made at least 72 hours before the scheduled service.

Consultations

Consultation fees are non-refundable.

If you need to reschedule a consultation, please request a new time at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment.

One courtesy reschedule may be allowed when requested in advance. Missed consultations, late cancellations, or no-shows may require a new booking and payment.

Workshops, Audits, and Program Support

Workshop, audit, and program support payments are non-refundable once the service has been confirmed and preparation has begun.

If a school, church, organization, or client needs to reschedule, The Music Makeover will make reasonable efforts to find a new date based on availability.

Rescheduling requests should be made at least 7 days before the scheduled service whenever possible.

Cancellations made less than 7 days before the scheduled service may result in forfeiture of the deposit or payment.

Custom Work and Prepared Materials

Payments for custom work are non-refundable once planning, preparation, research, document creation, resource development, review, or strategy work has begun.

This may include, but is not limited to:

Digital Products and Downloadable Resources

All digital product and downloadable resource sales are final.

Because digital materials cannot be returned once accessed, downloaded, delivered, or emailed, refunds are not available for digital products unless there is a duplicate charge or technical issue that prevents access and cannot be resolved.

No-Shows

If a client does not attend a scheduled consultation, coaching session, workshop, audit meeting, or service appointment without prior notice, the payment is forfeited and no refund will be issued.

A new booking and payment may be required to reschedule.

Late Arrival

If a client arrives late to a consultation, coaching session, or scheduled service, the session may still end at the originally scheduled time.

Additional time is not guaranteed and may require an additional fee.

Rescheduling by The Music Makeover

If The Music Makeover must reschedule due to illness, emergency, weather, travel issue, scheduling conflict, or circumstances beyond our control, a new date will be offered.

If a mutually agreeable date cannot be found, a credit or refund may be considered at the discretion of The Music Makeover.

Client-Initiated Cancellations

If a client cancels a confirmed service, deposit, consultation, workshop, audit, or custom service, payments already made are generally non-refundable.

In some cases, a credit may be offered toward a future service at the discretion of The Music Makeover.

Credits are not guaranteed and must be used within 90 days unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Weather, Emergency, or Facility Issues

If weather, facility closures, emergencies, school/church schedule changes, or unforeseen circumstances require a service to be postponed, The Music Makeover will make reasonable efforts to reschedule.

Refunds are not automatically issued for circumstances outside of The Music Makeover’s control.

Duplicate Charges or Billing Errors

If you believe you were charged in error or charged more than once for the same service, please contact us within 7 days of the charge.

Verified duplicate charges or billing errors will be reviewed and corrected as appropriate.
