Booking policies

Travel beyond fifty miles is billed at sixty five cents per mile. Lodging covered for multi day work.
A non refundable deposit of twenty five percent holds your date. Balance due seven days before the event.
You may reschedule with one week notice. We always try to be flexible when life happens.
Audio or video capture is welcome for learning use. Please request written approval before posting full recordings.

Common questions

Where do you serve: Missouri district is the focus. Virtual coaching is available anywhere.
Do you bring a band or accompanist: We can partner with your team or bring trusted collaborators upon request.
What does preparation look like: You receive a checklist with warmups, room needs, and a clear timeline so your team feels ready.
